The Managed Services team provides a 24/7 support structure for our clients with a primary focus on Event Management, Patching, Planned Maintenance, Change planning, and implementation.

The Senior Managed Services Engineers serve as the primary escalation point for Managed Services Engineers in various ITIL disciplines, particularly focusing on incident change work. They are tasked with overseeing the main delivery areas as instructed by the Managed Services Manager and also provide guidance and support to the rest of the team.

You will play a significant role in the technical aspects of Incident Management, Service Requests, and problem management related to your product specialization. Additionally, you will be accountable for enhancing and preserving the necessary technical skills to deliver these services to our customers, in line with our performance indicators and service level agreements.

The position requires your presence at our datacentre on a rotational basis of 4 days on and 4 days off, alternating between day and night shifts. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of 3-4 Engineers who work on both Connectivity and Server Infrastructure.

If you possess expertise in technologies such as Network/Firewalls routing and switching (Juniper, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco), Infrastructure (Windows Server, AD, RDS, O365), Virtualisation (Citrix, VMware), or Cloud (Microsoft Azure), we would greatly appreciate your input.
