The Billing, Collections & Retention Specialist plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely billing, effective cash collection, and proactive customer retention through renewals and dispute management. You will be managing UK-based renewals, ensuring timely processing, documentation, and approvals.
The role encompasses various operational domains – such as invoicing, credits, collections, reconciliations, administration of renewals, and processing of sales orders. This role is a hybrid finance role that supports both finance and customer operations, ensuring the financial accuracy of the ledger while also enhancing the overall customer experience.
A core focus will be serving as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding billing, renewals, and terminations, as well as facilitating the resolution of disputes with internal teams, ensuring effective communication and prompt results.
