About The Role: There is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to explore an Inside Sales Representative role at Six Degrees. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of bookings, contracts, and orders for both existing and potential clients of Six Degrees. You will collaborate with both existing and prospective clients and partners of Six Degrees to guarantee that all essential details regarding bookings, contracts, and orders are managed effectively. This role will have accountability for accurately capturing and processing information whilst ensuring that all relevant internal and external stakeholders are informed of important updates. A focus of the Inside Sales Representative will be managing closing run rate and small orders, while staying informed about the products and services offered by Six Degrees. You will also assist in qualifying MQLs to SQLs for both customers and channel partners. There will be an opportunity to oversee a yet‑to‑be‑determined number of partners who are currently sourcing from Six Degrees, with an emphasis on recognising and pursuing untapped opportunities. Collaborate with the relevant teams to enhance sales initiatives and reduce churn among the tail accounts, as well as establishing and nurturing robust relationships with partners and clients. There will be an expectation to keep internal and external stakeholders updated with any important updates.

Role Requirements: Communication is key in this position, as you will interact with customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide any necessary additional information. We expect you to excel in building relationships, exerting influence, and being a valuable team player. The ability to multitask and prioritise workloads and have a strong understanding of lead qualification processes and sales methodologies. Previous experience in a sales or business development role, preferably within the technology or telecommunications industry.
