As the People & Culture Advisor, you will provide seamless People & Culture advisory, generalist, and administrative support to the UKI People & Culture Partnering team. You will assist a range of business areas, including joint ventures and leaders based in the UK, and collaborate with US and EMEA colleagues as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as first point of contact for managers on employee matters.
  • Lead employee relations end-to-end across sickness, absence, performance, conduct, and grievances.
  • Act as day‑to‑day interface with the Employee Connections team to facilitate headcount requests, update job descriptions, org charts, and related reports.
  • Coordinate general administration and activities such as work‑experience coordination, liaise with Finance on purchase orders and invoices, and perform Workday tasks.
  • Support the P&C Director and leaders with people and organisational change initiatives as well as BAU people processes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in a HR Advisory role.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity in a fast‑paced, matrix organisation.
  • Strong employee relations experience.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
  • Strong knowledge of Workday system.

Hybrid Working

This role is advertised as a hybrid work model, combining remote and in‑office work. Working arrangements will comply with company policy and be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to applicable laws, WBD reserves the right to change the working agreement as essential to business needs with reasonable notice.
