The Global Technology & Operations team supports the delivery of sports, news, and entertainment content across multiple platforms.
Role Overview
As part of the M2P Engineering team, you will provide Tier2 support and engineering expertise for Media Asset Management (MAM) and post‑production platforms within a virtualised hybrid on‑premises and cloud environment for WBD Sports, TNT Sports and Eurosport.
Key Responsibilities
- Tier2 support: manage tickets escalated from Level0 and Level1 teams; coordinate incident and problem follow‑up with internal and external teams; update platform day‑to‑day status with Tier1; plan maintenance activities; coordinate upgrade phases and reboot actions; monitor overall platform health and performance.
- Engineering: manage short‑term engineering projects; collaborate with tier3 engineering team; gather workflow requirements from WBD Sports, TNT Sports and Eurosport offices; produce workflow, project and engineering documentation; design centralised workflows across MAM and post‑production platforms; support users through change management and new project implementation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree in Technology, Engineering, Broadcast or related field.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; French language skills desirable.
- Strong communication, adaptability, ability to perform under pressure in fast‑paced production environments.
- Minimum 3years in Broadcast Technology support or engineering.
- Experience in Sports, News, Production and Documentary environments.
- Proficient with MAM and post‑production tools; extensive broadcast technical background (IP video 2110, AES67, NMOS, video/audio formats and codecs).
- Good understanding of IT technologies: network, virtualization, storage, cloud services, security.
- Nice to have: basic scripting/development; AWS services; microservices architecture.

- Shift: general work on shift; evening, weekend/night work may be required for live events.
