We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Bar Manager to join our fantastic team at The Breakfast Group and have the opportunity to grow within our expanding group of venues.
What are we looking for from ideal candidate?
- Experience in managing stock, GP targets and wage budgets
- Interest in self-development and growth
- Managing Bar team and driving bar staff training, engagement and motivation
- Ability to lead corporate events
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Extraordinary attention to detail
- Willingness to support and drive business strategies
- Confident understanding of UK licensing, food hygiene and health and safety legislation
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to contribute creatively to drink menus
- Knowledge in complaint handling and providing best customer experience
