We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join the founding location of the 67 Pall Mall Members Club, located in the heart of London's St. James's. 67 Pall Mall is a Private Members Club, founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers, and is home to the finest wine list in the world. At 67 Pall Mall, the Chef de Partie is an integral part of our Kitchen team, responsible for delivering a high-quality level of food at all times. We are seeking a vibrant individual to join our Kitchen team on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage an assigned section of the kitchen, ensuring smooth and efficient operation.
- Consistently prepare and present dishes to the highest standard.
- Demonstrate strong competency working with premium meat and fish, supported by excellent product knowledge.
- Confidently operate a Josper grill, delivering accuracy, consistency, and quality in every service.
- Collaborate effectively with senior chefs and contribute to maintaining a seamless workflow during busy service periods.
- Uphold exceptional standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
You will bring
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie.
- Strong background in preparing high-quality meat and fish dishes.
- Experience using a Josper or charcoal grill is highly advantageous.
