We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join the founding location of the 67 Pall Mall Members’ Club, located in the heart of London’s St. James’s. 67 Pall Mall is a Private Members’ Club, founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers, and is home to the finest wine list in the world. At 67 Pall Mall the Pastry Chef de Partie is an integral part of our Kitchen team, responsible for delivering a high-quality level of food at all times. We are seeking a vibrant individual to join our Kitchen team on a full-time basis. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare, produce and present high-quality pastry, desserts, and baked goods in line with menu standards.
- Ensure consistency and excellent presentation across all pastry offerings.
- Assist in the development of new dishes and seasonal menu changes.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness at all times.
- Manage your section efficiently during service, ensuring smooth kitchen operations.
- Support junior team members, including Commis Chefs, where required.
- Monitor stock levels and minimise wastage.
