We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Assistant to join the founding location of the 67 Pall Mall Members’ Club, located in the heart of London’s St. James’s. 67 Pall Mall is a Private Members’ Club, founded by wine lovers, for wine lovers, and is home to the finest wine list in the world.
At 67 Pall Mall, our Food & Beverage Assistants are an integral part of the Front of House team, ensuring the smooth delivery of service across both floor and back of house operations. This role combines the responsibilities of a Floor Assistant and Commis Waiter, supporting the team in delivering a seamless and high-quality experience to our Members and guests. Our service expectations are high, but always delivered in a warm, convivial manner that reflects the unique atmosphere of a private members’ club. We aim to create a “home from home” experience, seven days a week.

The Role
As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you will support both front and back of house operations – working closely with the service team to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for our Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Support table setup, service preparation, and mise en place
- Deliver food from the kitchen and assist with clearing and resetting tables
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of restaurant and service areas
- Ensure cutlery, glassware, and equipment are polished and ready for service
- Assist with events and preparation across all club areas
- Work closely with the kitchen, sommeliers, and service team
