We have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic chefs to join the founding location of the 67 Pall Mall Members Club, in the heart of London's St James's. We are currently recruiting across all levels:
- Commis Chefs
- Chef de Parties
- Senior Chef de Parties
- Junior Sous Chefs
- Sous Chefs
Our kitchen is built around live cooking, exceptional ingredients, and a commitment to quality. You'll work across two restaurants within the club, creating dishes that celebrate seasonal British and European produce, with a strong focus on fire cooking and Josper grill techniques. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in a high-performing kitchen, working with premium ingredients and learning from an experienced team.
