We're seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist to drive exceptional results for our automotive clients through strategic paid advertising campaigns. The role of Senior Paid Media Executive at 67 Degrees is to oversee, develop and manage the pay-per-click activities of our clients across Facebook and Google. The role will encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities.
As a Paid Media Specialist at 67 Degrees, you'll drive digital marketing success by managing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms for clients within the motor industry. Your role involves optimising client campaigns across search, shopping, and social media platforms to ensure maximum ROI for our diverse client base.
Using your analytical mindset, you'll analyse campaign metrics, create performance reports, and develop data-driven recommendations that deliver real business results. Working with our Sussex-based team in the UK, you'll implement best practices while utilising the latest platform features to keep our clients ahead of their competition.
We're looking for someone with excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail. Key Responsibilities:- Looking after paid campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
- Liaising with our Account Managers to achieve customers' marketing objectives
- Taking ownership of your campaigns and delivering increasing ROI’s
- Creating campaigns that stand out from the crowd and drive quality enquiries to our customers
- Analysing data of each campaign performance using Google Analytics and Google Data Studio
- Reporting back to clients monthly about the performance of their campaigns and making recommendations for future growth
- Keeping up to date with changes in the digital world to ensure we are always ahead of the game with our marketing approach
- Working with the wider marketing team to identify opportunities for clients not currently running paid activity
- Working closely with a marketing executive, assisting with different campaigns and mentoring them to ensure they are following best practices while achieving results for their allocated clients
- Assisting the Head of Marketing with client pitches, from quoting accurately to confidently presenting at discovery calls with new clients

- This role requires a minimum of 2 years of relevant agency experience, with demonstrated expertise in paid media campaign management and client service
- Proven track record of managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta, backed by Google Ads & Meta Certification
- Extensive expertise in creating and managing paid social campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that deliver measurable ROI
- Demonstrated success in client-facing roles within an agency environment
- Advanced proficiency in Google Analytics and GA4, with a strong understanding of integrating analytics with paid media campaigns
- Deep knowledge of tracking implementation, including Google Tag Manager and Meta's Pixel/CAPI integration
- Proficient at creating comprehensive performance reports using platforms like Looker Studio
- Comfortable working with data analysis tools including Excel and Google Sheets
- Full UK driving licence - due to office location on Shoreham Airport base
- Someone with a ‘can do’ attitude and a confident communicator
- A passion for the automotive industry
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and how they complement paid media
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot
- Knowledge of scripting for Google Ads (JavaScript/Python)
- Experience managing Performance Max and Smart Shopping campaigns across Google Ads
- Knowledge of Meta's Advantage+ campaigns and automated bidding strategies
- Understanding of CMS platforms and website best practices
Job Type: Full-time hours, Monday to Friday (hybrid working opportunities)
Location: Employee needs based within 1.5hr drive within office location
Salary: Up to £32k depending on experience
