In this role, you will shape how customers experience Miele across retail, digital and in‑store environments. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales and Digital teams to create clear, engaging activity that strengthens our premium brand position and supports commercial growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Brand Activation team across GB and Ireland.
  • Translate marketing and sales strategy into trade and shopper marketing plans in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Digital teams.
  • Plan promotional activity that improves the customer journey across online and in‑store touchpoints in partnership with retail partners and internal teams.
  • Evaluate return on investment across retailer marketing activity, displays, digital activation and promotional investment with a focus on commercial performance.
  • Support annual promotional planning with major retail partners in collaboration with business‑to‑business Sales Directors and key account teams.
  • Guide the creation and localisation of digital content, print materials and campaign assets for customer touchpoints, events and retail activity through clear briefs and close teamwork.
  • Protect Miele’s brand guidelines and premium positioning while supporting engaging customer communications across all shopper and trade marketing activity.

Qualifications

  • Extensive demonstrable experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, brand activation or sales marketing within a premium, luxury or consumer‑focused environment.
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to connect customer insight, retailer needs and business performance.
  • Confident communication skills, able to write clearly, present ideas and build effective relationships across teams and external partners.
  • Broad digital marketing knowledge, including campaign management, social media, performance marketing, e‑commerce, customer relationship marketing or content development.
  • Customer‑first mindset with the ability to support premium brand experiences across multiple touchpoints.
  • Relevant marketing qualification or equivalent practical experience that supports strong strategic and executional marketing work.
