About the Role
Based at our headquarters in Abingdon, Oxfordshire, you will join our inbound sales team where we focus on inspiring and delighting our customers. This role involves guiding customers through detailed consultations, recommending suitable products, and promoting upgrade opportunities to enhance the customer experience.

- Guide customers through detailed consultations to support appliance selection and purchase.
- Recommend suitable products and solutions that support long-term use based on customer needs.
- Identify opportunities to promote upgraded products and accessories.
- Deliver a high‐quality and engaging customer experience across every interaction.
- Contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement.
- Communicate confidently via telephone and email, responding to queries and quotations professionally.

Working Hours
Full‐time: minimum 37.5 hours per week across 5 days. Part‐time: 26 hours per week with flexibility on days. Saturday work is on a rota basis (typically one in three). Working hours are typically 08:00–18:00 Monday to Friday and 09:00–16:00 Saturday.
