Miele is seeking a Head of Field Service to lead domestic field service operations across the UK and Ireland.

You will report to the Director of Service and guide seven regional managers and a team of technicians to deliver a premium service experience.

Based in a field role with regular travel to Reading, you will foster a customer-centric culture, drive continuous improvement and profitability, and ensure exceptional service across the UK and Ireland.
