About the Role
As a field engineer you will work independently to diagnose and service Miele appliances in customers’ homes, ensuring their continued performance and supporting our sustainability commitment. You will represent the Miele brand, promoting care products and accessories to customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair domestic appliances on site.
- Provide professional, customer‑focused service and communicate clearly with homeowners.
- Promote Miele care products and accessories, participating in a commission scheme.
- Maintain accurate service records and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with the service team, sharing best practices and contributing to continuous improvement.
About You
- Previous experience as an appliance engineer or technician, or equivalent technical background in electronics, white goods, electrical, or gas industry.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule efficiently.
- Gas qualification desirable but not essential.
