Miele is seeking a highly organised, commercially driven Digital Marketing Executive to join a dedicated and passionate team at an exciting time of growth for the business. Responsibilities
- Administer the Miele GB website, optimising customer experience and delivering campaigns seamlessly in collaboration with stakeholders across the business, from promotions to new product innovations.
- Collaborate with other departments and our global eCommerce and Digital team to manage and improve all aspects of the website.
- Manage the brand image on our website, collaborating with the Brand Manager.
- Create and implement engaging content from global and local marketing campaigns to drive commercial performance.
- Execute local SEO strategy, optimising website content to enhance visibility in search engines.
- Analyse and optimise conversion rates through an understanding of the customer journey and optimisations to remove friction.
- Identify and implement improvements to the website through testing, data analysis, journey mapping and other measures.
- Manage the Miele Ireland website, implementing a best‑in‑class online journey for direct (D2C) and partner (B2B2C) sales.
- Collaborate closely with the CRM Manager and Performance Marketing Manager to drive traffic to the website, provide a seamless customer journey and ensure cross‑channel alignment.
- Use web analytics tools to analyse user behaviour, build reports, and identify opportunities to improve performance and conversion.
- In partnership with Miele’s global eCommerce and digital team, support the delivery of platform developments and be instrumental in driving online trading and performance targets.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in a marketing or digital marketing role.
- Consumer‑focused thinking with a performance‑driven approach to deliver measurable results.
- Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on accuracy.
- Business acumen and a commercial mindset.
- Strong organisational, administrative, and time‑management skills.
- Ability to remain effective under pressure and consistently meet deadlines.
