Then this may be the role for you. Salon Apprentices play a vital role within our salon and they are what keeps the salon ticking over on a daily basis. We acknowledge the hard work that goes into being a Salon Apprentice.

We are looking for a proactive Junior Salon Apprentice to join our growing team here at 66 Hair and Lifestyle to provide exceptional customer service, support and assist in various tasks, ensuring the stylists are supported and the clients have a seamless experience from start to finish.

The successful applicant should be looking to work in a tight knit, family oriented salon where growth within the company is encouraged. You will work closely with our talented stylists to develop your skills and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of salon life while working towards your formal qualification.

  • Support the salon team in daily operations and client services
  • Assist the stylists when required
  • Engage with customers, provide excellent service, and upsell salon products or services
  • Man front desk duties such as scheduling appointments and handling enquiries
  • Assist in store management tasks to maintain a clean and organised salon environment

  • Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced salon setting
