Your New Role... We are looking for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager to drive strategic delivery across the Eurosport and TNT Sports UK digital product portfolio, with a focus on web and mobile platforms. Based in London, you will partner with Product, Engineering, UX/UI, Operations, and business stakeholders across London and Paris to deliver world-class digital sports experiences for millions of fans. You will lead complex cross-functional programmes, manage dependencies, and drive delivery with quality, predictability, and transparency. This role suits a TPM who thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to ambiguity, and can influence outcomes across technical, operational, and customer experience priorities.

Your Role Accountabilities...

  • Program & Delivery Leadership Develop robust delivery plans aligned to the live sports calendar and keep cross-functional teams focused on critical milestones. Lead complex programmes across web and mobile, ensuring alignment with business goals, product strategy, and delivery commitments. Own execution from discovery through launch, managing timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations. Improve delivery predictability through effective planning, governance, reporting, and operational discipline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and UX/UI teams across London and Paris to define scope, align priorities, and deliver customer-focused outcomes. Facilitate clear collaboration across development teams and stakeholders, ensuring accountability and efficient execution. Build trusted relationships and influence decisions across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Product & Customer Experience Focus Support delivery of innovative digital sports experiences across Eurosport and TNT Sports UK products. Champion the customer experience, ensuring decisions consider usability, performance, accessibility, and operational readiness. Work with Design and Product teams to support seamless delivery from concept to launch.
  • Risk Management & Problem Solving Identify risks, blockers, and delivery challenges early, driving mitigation plans and timely escalation. Navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining momentum and stakeholder confidence. Use data and insight to support decisions and improve programme outcomes.
  • Process & Operational Excellence Drive continuous improvement across programme management practices, planning, release management, and cross-team collaboration. Establish scalable operating mechanisms, metrics, dashboards, and reporting to improve visibility and execution. Champion Agile best practices and delivery excellence across partner teams.
  • Communication & Leadership Communicate programme status, risks, and decisions clearly to stakeholders and leadership. Lead programme reviews, planning sessions, and executive updates. Mentor TPMs and help strengthen programme management capability across the organisation.

Qualifications and Experience...

  • Experience 8+ years of Technical Program Management, Program Management, or related experience in technology organisations. Proven experience delivering large-scale software programmes across multiple engineering and product teams. Experience with consumer-facing digital products, ideally in media, streaming, sports, entertainment, or subscription platforms.
  • Technical Expertise Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile delivery, release processes, and digital product delivery. Experience managing programmes across web and mobile platforms. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365.
  • Stakeholder Management Ability to influence senior stakeholders and align teams across functions, geographies, and organisational boundaries. Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Execution Excellence Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple initiatives. Ability to identify risks early, solve complex problems, and deliver business outcomes.
  • Passion for Sports & Digital Experiences Passion for sports, media, and technology, with a focus on creating exceptional fan experiences.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
