- Technical implementation skills with a proven track record in a game engine and audio middleware environment (familiarity with Wwise and UE5 is preferred).
- Experience with debugging audio, play-testing, and identifying issues throughout development.
- Familiarity with in-game profiling tools and an understanding of how to use this data to develop an optimised performance.
- Basic understanding of technical concepts to support communicating with audio programmers.
- Ability to advocate for ideas constructively and contribute to creative discussions, remaining focused and organised while delivering high-quality work under production deadlines.
- Practical knowledge of common field recording techniques and tools (microphones, field recorders, etc...). Our sound design practice greatly values source recording. We're seeking someone eager to grow their skills with us.
- Practical experience with analogue and digital signal flows. You have an appreciation of how to use outboard gear, and plugins to achieve high-quality results.
