As an Account Manager on SpringServe, the premium CTV ad‑server and programmatic platform, you will be challenged on all fronts. This truly is a generalist position. You will interface with clients on a daily basis, advocating for customer success and solving complex technical issues. You will have the autonomy to own client relationships, resolution, and long‑term success.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary technical lead on EMEA publisher accounts for the SpringServe ad server and programmatic platforms.
  • Provide best‑in‑class technical support and deep‑dive troubleshooting for complex issues.
  • Onboard new clients onto the technology ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with clients to find their optimal setup on SpringServe.
  • Own the day‑to‑day technical relationship, satisfaction, and long‑term success of major CTV clients on the platform.
  • Collaborate with local revenue teams to ensure clients are successful on the platform.
  • Work closely with local sales teams on strategic pitches, live demos, and technical deep‑dives to win new regional business.
  • Educate and train clients on platform functionality.
  • Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business to help them realise the full potential of the platform.
  • Become an expert in video ad serving and programmatic operations, including current CTV, OTT, and premium video workflows.
Qualifications
  • 1–2 years of Ad‑Tech experience.
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including CTV/Streaming, SSPs, DSPs, and Ad Servers.
  • Sharp analytical and troubleshooting skills to solve difficult technical problems.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Self‑motivated, autonomous individual with a strong sense of accountability, ownership, and eagerness to help.
  • Track record of cross‑team collaboration.
  • Professional proficiency in German – not required but nice to have.
  • Familiarity with data querying and scripting languages (SQL, Python, Pandas) and AI productivity tools.
