Hybrid schedule: Monday & Friday remote, Tuesday–Thursday in‑office. This role is part of the UK Demand team and focuses on building and managing strategic relationships with key DSP partners, selling premium programmatic deals across display, video, audio, CTV, and native inventory, and supporting agency sales teams with campaign management.

Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and understand relationships with buyers across the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, agencies, publishers, and third‑party organizations.
  • Work internally with demand, publisher, media planning, and product account teams to grow RTB revenue, launching and troubleshooting campaigns.
  • Create campaign briefs, provide relevant insights, and solutions to meet client needs.
  • Evangelise all buying techniques and build new business opportunities, selling to clients at all levels.
  • Market new publisher inventory to buyer networks and drive publisher revenue.
  • Evaluate the evolving ad‑tech ecosystem for new ideas or opportunities to guide the company’s strategy and growth.
  • Educate and train the client base on Magnite product solutions and inventory launches.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, respond promptly to customer needs, collect feedback, and deliver end‑of‑campaign reports and insights.
  • Use independent judgment to identify methods and techniques that deliver results and contribute to the demand team’s goals.
  • Anticipate the needs of sales teams and the wider organization, providing meaningful data insights and efficient processes.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience working in digital media with a deep understanding of programmatic and media sales.
  • Sales‑oriented mindset focused on identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to pitch and present to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical thinker who uses data to make decisions and unlock revenue.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with suggestions for improvement.
  • Professionalism, ability to work well under pressure, and balance team and individual responsibilities.
