As an Account Manager for Curation, you will be the primary point of contact for our most strategic curation partners across the EMEA region. You’ll guide partners from the initial pitch through seamless onboarding and help grow their business through smart optimisations and upsell of new features.

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for revenue growth across a book of business of Magnite curation demand partners across EMEA.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end day‑to‑day management of a dedicated portfolio of Curation partners, ensuring they feel supported across all aspects of their business.
  • Proactively identify revenue growth opportunities, including building new EMEA curator partnerships and suggesting ways for existing curators to expand their reach and spend.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure new curators are set up for success, translating complex programmatic concepts into clear, actionable steps for the client.
  • Collaborate with revenue teams across the EMEA region, identifying growth opportunities, sharing best practice and collating feedback.
  • Regularly solicit customer feedback and work closely with internal product teams to share feedback and establish priority roadmap feature requests for the EMEA region.
  • Proactively communicate with our Curation partners to deliver updates, including business reviews, optimisation feedback and suggestions for driving revenue.
  • Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, keeping up to date with new ad tech functionality and understanding the potential opportunities presented by specific tech developments.

Qualifications

  • Experience of 2–4 years in digital media, with hands‑on experience and a deep understanding of programmatic and media.
  • Hands‑on experience with curation is positive but not required.
  • Sales‑oriented way of thinking and focus on identifying new business opportunities by using knowledge and credibility to change customer behaviour and increase revenue.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Innovation capabilities with original thinking and creativity, and generates suggestions for improvement.
  • A collaborative working style, partnered across teams to solve problems and deliver great work.
  • A strong proactive growth mindset; take ownership, look for opportunities and new ways to drive growth for our clients.
