Step into the magical world of Warner Bros. Studio Tour as a Warehouse Operative, where you'll play a key role in supporting our retail operations across warehousing, order management, fulfilment, and packing. The role is based at the Studio Tour in Leavesden, covering Platform 9¾ stores and the online Harry Potter Shop.
Compensation and Benefits

Your Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and log deliveries to the warehouse
- Maintain accurate records for incoming and outgoing stock
- Replenish and store inventory following company procedures (including using machinery at height)
- Pick and pack orders for retail stores and e‑commerce customers
- Personalise and wrap online orders to a high standard
- Report stock discrepancies or order issues to management
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and secure
- Conduct machinery and vehicle checks, reporting faults promptly
- Deliver stock to our London and Leavesden locations
Qualifications & Experience
- Full manual driving licence
- Comfortable working at heights up to 10m (annual safety training provided)
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry and move boxes
- Clear and confident communicator
- Commercial awareness (understanding peak retail periods)
- Team player with a flexible, proactive attitude
- Strong prioritisation and problem‑solving skills
- Basic IT proficiency
Working Pattern
- 40‑hour working week, shift pattern from Monday to Sunday with varying start and finish times
- Required to work 1 weekend in every 4 (subject to change during peak times)
- No night work required
Onsite Working
This role is advertised as Onsite; all working hours and days will be carried out at the place of work. The employer reserves the right to change this agreement where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
