Role & accountabilities:

  • Receive deliveries and direct it to the appropriate channels
  • Pick and prepare stock and deliver it to the right area
  • Work together with the Retail Associates to ensure we have the right stock in the right place at the right time
  • Support with all Stock Integrity actions including stock counts, cycle counts and write offs
  • Maintain clean and tidy stock rooms and ensure losses are kept to a minimum
  • Ensure H&S procedures are being adhered to at all times
  • Proactively engage with and assist customers
  • Operate a Forklift and WAV Machine at height to pick stock (training provided)

The Essentials:

  • Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues
  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment ideally in a store or warehouse
  • Builds positive relationships with those around them
  • Open to and acts on feedback
  • Able to work independently and use initiative to make own decisions

Working Pattern: Contracts range from 32 to 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Your normal hours of work are between 6am and 10:30pm. Occasionally working hours could run until 12am for which you will be notified in advance.

On‑site Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
