Our efficiency and ‘Can‑do attitude’ allow us to get stock in the right place at the right time every day for our customers.
Role & accountabilities:
- Receive deliveries and direct it to the appropriate channels
- Pick and prepare stock and deliver it to the right area
- Work together with the Retail Associates to ensure we have the right stock in the right place at the right time
- Support with all Stock Integrity actions including stock counts, cycle counts and write offs
- Maintain clean and tidy stock rooms and ensure losses are kept to a minimum
- Ensure H&S procedures are being adhered to at all times
- Proactively engage with and assist customers
- Operate a Forklift and WAV Machine at height to pick stock (training provided)
The Essentials:
- Effective, confident communication, engaging proactively with visitors and colleagues
- Experience working in a fast‑paced environment ideally in a store or warehouse
- Builds positive relationships with those around them
- Open to and acts on feedback
- Able to work independently and use initiative to make own decisions
Working Pattern: Contracts range from 32 to 40 hours per week, and you will be required to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday). Your normal hours of work are between 6am and 10:30pm. Occasionally working hours could run until 12am for which you will be notified in advance.

On‑site Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
