Your New Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team at our Soho Square facility.
As the first point of contact for clients, guests and staff, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a first‑class front‑of‑house experience while helping to coordinate screenings, events and bookings.
You’ll also take ownership of media dispatch operations, ensuring all inbound and outbound materials are accurately tracked and handled with care.

Your Role Accountabilities
- Answering, screening and transferring all calls from the busy switchboard.
- Access control management via CCure system as well as physical key management, including tracking issuance and return of keys and cards, and maintaining stock levels of passes, lanyards and card printing supplies.
- Meeting, greeting and directing clients, contractors and visitors in a welcoming and professional manner, following facility security policies.
- Managing all inbound and outbound deliveries via Reception and the loading bay, maintaining accurate records and following correct procedures for security and delivery notification.
- Booking passenger cars and couriers, maintaining accurate booking records and providing accurate billing information.
- Ensuring consistent handover of information among front desk personnel, including Security and Runners.
- Updating all reception lists, such as cutting room occupants and their correct extensions, current productions in the studios and staff phone numbers.
- Assisting in the planning and execution of events, including occasional evening attendance.
Qualifications & Experiences
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to create immediate rapport with a range of contacts.
- Sensitive to differing client needs and priorities, able to question and assist diplomatically.
- Computer literate, with strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Previous experience managing a switchboard and security passes.
- Good general knowledge of production, post‑production or screening room facilities is desirable.

This role is advertised as Onsite; all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
Subject to applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
