Company Overview…

Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden (WBSL) is apurpose built,state-of-the-artfilm and television studio offering one of the largest facilities in the UK. This200 acresecure site has a quarter of a million square feet of stage space,back-lot tank, one of the largest heated underwater filming tanks in Europe andan150 acre back-lot.

WBSL has a collection of nineteen sound stages, some of which are the largest in the UK and includea state-of-the-artvirtual stage. WB Leavesden Park,adjacent tothe Studio, offers modern and flexible office space for Production Companies. The site also has its own, on-site Set Lighting & Rigging rental division, which provides the industry withstate-of-the-artlighting equipment, scaffolding and production supplies for stage and location shoots. WB De LaneLeabased in Soho, London, providesstate of the artfacilities in audio post-production for feature films and television.

These facilities make Warner Bros. Entertainment the only Hollywood studio to own andoperatea production and post-production facility in the U.K.

Warner Bros. Studio Tour London – The Making of Harry Pottershowcasesthe authentic sets, specialeffectsand behind-the-scenes secrets of the Harry Potter film series. Located at the Studios where all eight films were produced.

The post is based at Warner Bros Studios Leavesden (Five Days) a week and may involve regional and local travel.

Your New Role…

To provide support to the Client Services team in delivering exemplary levels of service to all our clients,visitorsand internal 3rdparty partners. The successful candidate will collate anddisseminateinformation within the Client Services team, other internal studio departments,clientsand tenants.

The position requires a highly motivated, customer focused individual who has a knowledge of and passion for the film industry. The ideal candidate will be a key member of the team who would be able tosupport the team in enhancingthe overall production experience at WBSL.

Whilst also working as part of the team, the successful candidate will be able to manage their own workload,alongsidecompleting their business administration apprenticeship.

Your Role Accountabilities…

  • Receiving,processingand issuing incoming queries to the relevant parties to ensure a quick and efficientresponse.
  • Assistwith conductingvisits,eventsand tours to the Studios.
  • Filing andmaintainingrecords for Client Services.
  • Meet requirements for all WBSL functions to create an effective running Studio facility.
  • To ensure thata high levelof presentation ismaintainedin all areas of the Studio site.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets and bookings systems, specifically booking meeting rooms for clients and internal departments.
  • Adhocsupport for PA to SVP Studio Operations.
  • Ensuring that mail is despatched in time for daily collections, and the sorting and distribution of incoming post.
  • Monitoring of stationery supplies and ordering asrequired.
  • Assist Client Services and Operations with distribution of site information to all relevant parties on-site accurately andin a timely manner.
  • Work within the team to consistently deliver an excellent level of customer service to all on and off-site clients.
  • Welcome visitors to the department and direct them asappropriate.
  • To take incoming phone calls to the studio and direct them to the relevant personnel and take adequate notes to distribute information.
  • Responsible for the daily upkeep of the office, ensuring all areas of the building are tidy, organised and stocked.
  • Any other duties which areappropriate tothe post.

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Ability to work pro-actively to aid thedepartmentto ensure smooth running of the site.

  • Good research skills and the ability to draw information from various sources.

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Previousexperience ofworking or volunteering in a fast paced,customer facingrole.

  • Salary: ÂŁ27,360 p/a
  • Start Date: March 2026
  • End Date: September 2027
  • 25 days annual leave
  • Qualification: Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship
  • You will gain hands-on experience working on business-critical projects.

  • Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement, where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
