Role Overview

At De Lane Lea, we partner with leading filmmakers and studios to deliver exceptional post‑production for feature films and high‑end television. We are seeking a talented Post Producer to oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring the highest level of service and creative excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Project manage feature films and episodic television throughout the facility, liaising with clients and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and a first‑class customer experience.
  • Understand and manage all requirements around deliverables, including reading technical specifications, onboarding processes and quality control workflows.
  • Provide detailed cost and billing analysis for each production.
  • Build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients at all levels and actively assist in the sales process.
  • Manage schedules of creatives, operators and support staff across the picture department.
  • Manage workflows and present workflow plans to key clients during pre‑production meetings.

Qualifications

  • Solid experience as a Post Producer or Post Production Manager on studio‑level feature films and high‑end TV drama.
  • Excellent knowledge of feature film and episodic television post‑production processes and industry‑standard deliverables.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain sustaining relationships with clients across all levels.
  • Outstanding client handling skills and experience in generating new business from existing and new clients.
  • Familiarity with Conditions of Service, Contracts of Employment, Health and Safety regulations and their impact on staff.
  • Understanding of Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden values, policies, procedures and Health & Safety guidelines.

Working Conditions

This role is advertised as onsite; all working hours and days will be carried out at the place of work, subject to any applicable laws. WBD reserves the right to change the working agreement where essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice.
