On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Salesforce Consultant based in London for a 12 Month contract.
The Role
A career within Salesforce Consulting services will provide you with the opportunity to help insurance and financial services clients leverage Salesforce technology to modernise their core insurance operations, customer servicing, and distribution models. We focus on understanding complex insurance business challenges across policy administration, customer onboarding, servicing, claims, and regulatory change, and on developing solutions powered by Salesforce Digital Insurance (On Core) and Financial Services Cloud. These solutions enable insurers to improve customer and broker experiences, drive operational efficiency, and support sustainable transformation across the insurance value chain.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical direction to staff and guide the implementation of Salesforce Insurance solutions.
- Actively engage in hands‑on configuration and development of Salesforce solutions.
- Work closely with client stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver an improved customer experience.
- Facilitate workshops with clients and internal teams to define solutions and drive adoption.
- Support practice development by sharing technical knowledge and building internal capability.
- Contribute to upcoming bid work, helping expand Salesforce Insurance expertise within the organisation.
Key Accountabilities, Skills & Experience
- Strong Salesforce technical expertise, especially in Insurance Cloud.
- Hands‑on configuration and development experience within Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Insurance products, ideally Health Insurance.
- Experience with Revenue Cloud and OmniStudio.
- Ability to manage tasks, coordinate teams, and deliver technical solutions.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to work across multiple client sites as needed.
Desirable
- Prior experience with large‑scale Salesforce implementations in insurance.
- Exposure to client workshops and transformation programs.
