You will be leading S2P and S2C transformation programmes, covering process design, operating model development, stakeholder engagement, and implementation delivery. Supports complex procurement and finance transformations, with Coupa experience desirable.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage multiple Source-to-Pay and Source-to-Contract workstreams, including planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder reporting.
- Design and implement target operating models, process flows, controls, and handoffs across Procurement, Finance, and the wider business.
- Drive procurement transformation programs, including digital enablement, discovery, design, and implementation phases.
- Produce high-quality client deliverables such as process designs, operating model artifacts, requirements, and deployment plans.
- Support the design, implementation, and post-go-live support of Coupa / P2P platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and controls.
- Engage and advise senior stakeholders, facilitating workshops, steering committees, and providing structured recommendations.
- Lead change management and adoption initiatives, including impact assessments, training, communication strategies, and embedding new processes.
