On behalf of M&G, AMS are looking for a Business Analyst for a 6-month contract based in London. It is a hybrid model working 2 days on site minimal. We will consider flexible working arrangements for any of our roles and also offer workplace accommodations to ensure you have what you need to effectively deliver in your role.

Purpose Of The Role

The Business Analyst will support the FCC Capability team to address gaps and deficiencies identified through regulatory reviews, audits, and internal compliance assessments. The role involves gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring governance and control activities meet regulatory obligations and internal standards across impacted 2LOD areas.

The Skills You'll Need
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in regulatory change or financial crime projects.
  • Strong understanding of financial services regulations.
  • Experience in gap analysis, requirements gathering, and process design.
  • Experience within 2nd Assurance experience.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
