The Manager, Reporting & Analytics role is the business process owner responsible for converting enterprise risk data into actionable intelligence that supports informed decision-making and proactive risk management. This role consolidates risk information across functions, defines and monitors key risk and performance indicators (KRIs/KPIs), and delivers executive and operational dashboards that reveal the organization’s risk profile, emerging trends, and mitigation effectiveness. A high-impact position, it partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex data into practical recommendations, increase visibility into performance, and advance strategic initiatives that boost efficiency, resilience, and service across the end-to-end supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, governance, and continuous improvement of Enterprise Risk Management reporting and analytics frameworks to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Develop, monitor, and report KRIs and KPIs to measure risk exposure, control effectiveness, and organizational resilience.
- Consolidate and analyze risk data across business functions, including Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Compliance, Finance, and IT.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and standardization across reporting solutions by establishing governance, controls, and best practices.
- Design and maintain executive-level and operational dashboards that provide clear, data-driven insights into risk trends and emerging threats.
- Identify patterns, correlations, and systemic risks to support risk-based decision-making and prioritization of mitigation activities.
- Support risk reviews, board reporting, and strategic planning through advanced analytics and risk intelligence.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Experience and Skills
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in reporting, analytics, business intelligence, or data-driven roles, with demonstrated impact in a complex, global organization.
- Strong experience developing executive-level dashboards, performance metrics, and analytical insights.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Proven ability to partner cross-functionally in a matrixed environment, including strategy, operations, and digital teams.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting supply chain, operations, or transformation initiatives in a global or highly regulated environment.
- Hands-on experience with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
- Familiarity with data governance, standardization, and analytics best practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale change, transformation, or continuous improvement programs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Other
- Proficiency in English required.
- Travel: Up to 25%, domestic and occasional international.
- Certifications: Analytics, data, or supply chain certifications preferred but not required.
