Cafe Kowloon in London is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. The role involves taking responsibility for your section, ensuring mise en place, and delivering high standards during prep and service.
This is a full-time position with a pay of £15.50 per hour inclusive of tronc, and a typical week of around 30–45 hours. Cantonese-inspired, high-volume kitchen experience is preferred, with training provided for the right candidate.
