We are looking for an experienced HR System Manager to oversee the implementation, management, and maintenance of HR systems. The HR System Manager will be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, ensuring compliance with IT policies and technical standards, managing delivery and operations support of capability, and managing contract payments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR systems and project management, with experience in managing large-scale HR system projects.
- Develop and manage project timelines for projects, ensuring that milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage budgets for projects, including monitoring expenses and ensuring that project costs are within budget.
- Manage contract payments for HR system vendors, ensuring that invoices are accurate and processed in a timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with prevailing IT policies and technical standards, including security and data privacy policies.
- Manage delivery and operations support of HR system capability, including providing guidance to HR team members and end-users on system functionality and usage.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR team members, IT, and Finance, to ensure that HR systems meet business requirements and integrate with other systems.
