An established waterproofing and repainting contractor requires a Project Co-ordinator with the following job description and requirements:

  • Attend to all relevant administration and documentation for the projects
  • Attend site meetings
  • Liaise with clients, foremen and sub-contractors
  • Project planning, eg: project schedule, risk management, etc.
  • Handling progressive reports and claims

Certificate or diploma in a relevant field preferred.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Class 3 driver's license or motorcycle license preferred.
