Main Duties
- Oversee construction activities and progress.
- Plan, implement and monitor work schedules with the Project Schedule.
- Liaise with Professional Engineer on the works.

- Liaise with house owners on the ongoing building stages.
- Coordinate site activities with subcontractors.
- Handle technical and engineering matters.
- Maintain quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical matters on time.
- Prepare report and method statement whenever required.
- Manage workers and monitor their work closely to keep site safe and neat.
- Supervise ongoing site activities closely and upkeep site record.
- Other duties assigned by Head – Civil Engineer (Projects).
