This is a hands-on marketing role where you’ll be involved from start to finish, finding the right audiences, coming up with campaign ideas, choosing the best channels, getting campaigns live, tracking performance and working out what we can do better next time

You’ll get exposure to a wide mix of marketing activity, including

• Campaign analytics
• Creative campaigns

You’ll work across some pretty interesting areas too, from technology and recruitment to video, media and events

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Social Media
• Assist in developing content strategies to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Plan, create and publish engaging video, graphic and written content .
• Create content for platforms including Linked In, Instagram and Tik Tok.
• Help produce video content including

Tik Toks and Reels .

• Use tools such as

Canva to create engaging graphics and marketing materials.

• Keep up with social media, cultural and industry trends.
• Monitor and engage with our online communitie

You’ll help bring the 5Values brands to life and become an important part of how we communicate with our audiences.

• Help maintain brand consistency across

5V Tech, 5V Video and 5V Media .

• Find innovative ways to showcase our services, people, achievements and success stories.
• Create topical and shareable content that resonates with our audiences.
• Keep up with industry and cultural trends.
• Bring new ideas to how we showcase our brands.
• Lead Generation & Business Growth

You’ll

• Assist with marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads
• Work with consultants to optimise job advert performance and increase applications
• Create targeted content and campaigns for different audiences
• Track campaign performance and conversions
• Use insights and data to understand what’s working and where we can improve
• Marketing Campaign Execution
• Help deliver email marketing campaigns
• Develop creative and data-driven campaigns
• Support events, partnerships and other marketing projects
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing activity with business objectives
• Test new ideas, channels and approaches.
• Review campaign results and identify opportunities for improvement
• Essential Skills & Experience

You’ll ideally have

• A strong understanding of social media platforms, trends and algorithms
• An interest in content creation, including
• Tik Tok, Reels and video editing
• Experience using
• Canva or similar design tools
• A passion for storytelling and brand building
• An interest in marketing performance, analytics and data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• You don’t need to know everything already

We’re looking for someone who is excited to learn, get stuck in and develop their marketing skills through real-world experience

You'll learn on the job, work alongside an experienced team and develop skills across social media, content creation, digital marketing, campaigns, lead generation and analytics

You’ll need

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject.
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at grades 3+ (D or above).
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject
