We've got big goals and we need the right people to help us get there. We're looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing 5V Tech division. The world is evolving quickly, and 5V Tech is at the forefront of AI, working across Internet of Things, Edge AI and Physical AI. You don't need previous recruitment experience. We're looking for someone who is sharp, driven, resilient and eager to learn, with the ambition to build a successful career in sales and recruitment. What You'll Be Doing

• As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained across the full 360 recruitment process, including:
• Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
• Recruiting for contract technology roles across video streaming and emerging tech
• Managing the full 360 recruitment process
• Writing compelling job adverts and sourcing top-tier candidates
• Developing your sales, negotiation and business development skills
• Researching markets, companies and potential candidates
• Attending industry events across the UK and USA
• Collaborating with 5V Media to support campaigns and generate new leads
• Building your own network and becoming a specialist within your market
