What You'll Be Doing
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll be trained across the full 360 recruitment process, including:
- Winning new business and building long-term client relationships
- Recruiting for contract technology roles across video streaming and emerging tech
- Managing the full 360 recruitment process
- Writing compelling job adverts and sourcing top-tier candidates
- Developing your sales, negotiation and business development skills
- Researching markets, companies and potential candidates
- Attending industry events across the UK and USA
- Collaborating with 5V Media to support campaigns and generate new leads
- Building your own network and becoming a specialist within your market
