We’re growing fast and expanding our Contract and Perm division. We’re looking for a sales and target driven individual who is passionate about tech, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to become a recognised specialist in a cutting-edge industry. This is a great opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, who is ready to elevate their career, working alongside a supportive, driven team within one of the UK’s leading tech recruitment consultancies.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients and candidates
- Establishing yourself as an industry specialist within your niche vertical
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across contract or permanent roles in tech
- Sourcing top-tier talent through networking, LinkedIn, job boards and referrals
- Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
- Building elite talent pools within your industry specialism
What We’re Looking For
- Proven background and success within a sales and target driven environment such as telesales and door-to-door sales
- Resilient, ambitious, and not afraid to put in hard work
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects
- A true team player who brings energy and drive to everything they do
