We’re looking for an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team at 5V Video, with a minimum of two years’ experience and consistent track record of billings in any niche tech recruitment vertical. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, high-growth desk focusing on the US market - specifically New York, and will specialise in video tech & OTT, a rapidly evolving software space.
We’re looking for someone who is confident managing the full recruitment cycle, proactive in business development, and excited by the opportunity to build and scale a niche market. You will have the opportunity to manage and mentor other recruitment consultants, shaping a high-performing team. Additionally, as the business expands, high-performing consultants will be relocated to New York within a year, with flights and visas arranged, so we’re looking for someone ready to embrace this exciting international opportunity.

- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients

Requirements:
- 360 recruitment experience
- Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills
- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects
- Bonus: experience in tech recruitment or the US or EU
