We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team at 5V Video, with a minimum of two to three years’ experience and a consistent track record of billings in any niche tech recruitment vertical. You’ll be stepping into a fast-paced, high-growth desk focusing on the US market - specifically New York, and will specialise in video tech & OTT, a rapidly evolving software space.
We’re looking for someone who is confident managing the full recruitment cycle, proactive in business development, and excited by the opportunity to build and scale a niche market. If you thrive in a consultative, tech-driven environment and are motivated by autonomy and growth, we’d love to speak with you. This role is designed to evolve as the business grows. You will have the opportunity to manage and mentor other recruitment consultants, shaping a high-performing team. Additionally, as the business expands, high-performing consultants will be relocated to New York within a year, with flights and visas arranged, so we’re looking for someone ready to embrace this exciting international opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
- Establishing yourself as an industry specialist
- Managing the full recruitment cycle across contract roles in tech
- Sourcing top-tier talent through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
- Building elite talent pools within your industry specialism
- Collaborating with 5V Media to elevate and build your personal brand

- 360 recruitment experience
- Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven

- Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects
