5V Tech is supporting a cutting-edge silicon security company delivering trusted solutions for modern SoCs, chiplets, and connected devices. They are looking for a Digital Design Engineer with experience in Cryptography to join their project and start contributing from day 1. They combine low-footprint security IP with lifecycle software to ensure identity, integrity, and trust are anchored directly in silicon and maintained across manufacturing, deployment, and operation. This is a hands-on role for someone who has implemented cryptography at hardware level, not just worked on theory.
The project:
- Designing and implementing secure digital architectures for ASIC/FPGA
- Building and optimising hardware modules for cryptographic algorithms (AES, SHA, TRNG)
- Working on Root of Trust systems and secure hardware components
- Applying countermeasures against side-channel attacks
- Contributing across RTL design, verification, and timing analysis
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in digital design
- Strong background in hardware-based cryptography implementation
- Excellent Python skills
- Solid Verilog or VHDL skills
- Experience working on ASIC or FPGA targets
