As a Staff GPU HW Design Engineer, you’ll take technical ownership of complex hardware blocks and influence architectures used across multiple product generations.
- Analysing and balancing frequency, area, power, and performance (PPA) trade-offs
- Debugging and resolving design issues across the silicon lifecycle
- Participating in design reviews and driving continuous improvement
- Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture
- Staying at the forefront of modern ASIC/GPU design techniques and tools
Strong background in digital IC design methodologies:
- Hands-on RTL design experience (SystemVerilog) at IP or SoC level
- Experience optimising designs for performance-critical silicon
- Familiarity with ASIC and/or FPGA design flows
- Knowledge of formal verification and design intent capture
- Experience with P&R / physical design flows
- Programming skills in C, C++, Python, SystemC, Perl, or TCL
