This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of next-generation GPU technology, helping to design the foundational silicon IP that powers billions of devices worldwide — from mobile and automotive to smart and connected systems.

We’re partnering with a world-leading semiconductor IP company whose graphics and compute architectures set industry benchmarks for performance, power efficiency, and scalability.

As a Staff GPU HW Design Engineer, you’ll take technical ownership of complex hardware blocks and influence architectures used across multiple product generations.

  • Analysing and balancing frequency, area, power, and performance (PPA) trade-offs
  • Debugging and resolving design issues across the silicon lifecycle
  • Participating in design reviews and driving continuous improvement
  • Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to a strong engineering culture
  • Staying at the forefront of modern ASIC/GPU design techniques and tools

Strong background in digital IC design methodologies:

  • Hands-on RTL design experience (SystemVerilog) at IP or SoC level
  • Experience optimising designs for performance-critical silicon
  • Familiarity with ASIC and/or FPGA design flows
  • Knowledge of formal verification and design intent capture
  • Experience with P&R / physical design flows
  • Programming skills in C, C++, Python, SystemC, Perl, or TCL
