We’re looking for a Tech Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of the perm US market, with a strong focus on Austin, Texas. You’ll specialise in the rapidly growing IoT & Edge Computing space - covering areas such as wireless connectivity, artificial intelligence, and energy sustainability - a genuine interest in (or experience recruiting for) technology domains is essential.

We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant who’s passionate about tech, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to become a recognised specialist in a cutting-edge industry. - Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across contract/perm roles in tech
- Sourcing top-tier contractors through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
- Building elite talent pools within your industry specialism
- Collaborating with 5V Media to elevate and build your personal brand
Excellent communicator with strong relationship-building skills. Organised and proactive, able to manage multiple projects.
Bonus: experience in tech recruitment or the US/EU.
