As a Managing Recruitment Consultant at 5V Tech, a 5Values brand, you are expected to be solely responsible for an entire vertical with direct reports under you. Your role is split between individually billing and managing a team of Recruitment Consultants and their performance, as well as taking responsibility for P&L.
You’ll establish yourself as a specialist within your chosen niche vertical, with a strong focus on business development across the USA and delivering an excellent candidate journey whilst consistently hitting and exceeding targets, demonstrating resilience, accountability and integrity, as well as leading by example and becoming a trusted leader of the team.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and nurturing relationships with new and existing clients in the USA
- Establishing yourself as an industry specialist within your chosen niche vertical
- Managing the full 360 recruitment cycle across contract roles in tech
- Managing and leading a team of recruitment consultants, ensuring targets are met
- Responsible for P&L
- Sourcing top-tier tech talent through networking, LinkedIn, and referrals
- Taking part in industry events, podcasts, and international conferences
- Building elite talent pools within your industry specialism
- Collaborating with 5V Media to elevate and build your personal brand
