My client, a well-established and growing manufacturing business, is looking to recruit an Engineering Project Manager to support the delivery of engineering projects across a busy, quality-driven production environment. This is a customer-facing role with a strong focus on New Product Introduction (NPI), Engineering Change, and project coordination across multiple departments. This is not a passive project role. You will be expected to drive activity, chase progress, and keep projects moving forward in a hands-on, accountable way.

As Engineering Project Manager, you will take full ownership of engineering projects from initial concept through to successful release into production. You will act as the central point of coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring all elements of the project are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with quality requirements. You will be heavily involved in NPI activity, engineering changes, and tooling-related projects, ensuring clear communication, strong stakeholder management, and consistent progress across all workstreams.
