Our client, a small but vibrant business is looking for a confident candidate for a part time maternity cover contract. This is a fast-paced, varied role requiring a detail-driven, commercially aware person with exceptional judgment, discretion, and the ability to be a trusted right hand that can seamlessly move between priorities for the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the executive, including calendar management, travel coordination, and inbox management β across several inboxes.
- Act as a gatekeeper (if needed) and point of contact for internal team, clients, candidates, partners, and vendors.
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow-ups for meetings.
- Manage confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate meetings, and client engagements across multiple time zones.
- Assist with client correspondence, proposals, and engagement documentation.
- Maintain CRM and candidate records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support business development activities, including scheduling and research.
- Everyday office manager tasks, ensure office rent is paid, cleaner is paid, order office supplies etc.
- Marketing on LinkedIn.
Business & Personal Administration
- Track priorities across multiple ventures and ensure deadlines are met.
- Handle ad hoc projects, research, and problem-solving requests.
- Improve systems, processes, and workflows to increase efficiency.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar senior support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commercially minded, with confidence operating across professional services.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus.
