5Light Cleaning Services is seeking a professional, reliable and physically fit Cleaner Operative to join our expanding team. The role is primarily focused on commercial cleaning , including offices, retail units, small commercial sites and post-construction cleans. Occasional residential cleaning may be required.
You will be responsible for delivering high-standard cleaning, following site protocols, using commercial-grade equipment safely, and representing the company with professionalism at all times. Candidates must have a strong track record, excellent reliability, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- High-quality cleaning across commercial premises
- Occasional residential cleaning when scheduled
- Follow site instructions and health & safety procedures
- Use commercial-grade equipments/ products safely
- Maintain professional conduct with clients and colleagues
- Work independently and meet deadlines
Essential Requirements
- Proven commercial cleaning experience or strong professional background
- Physically fit and active
- Two professional references (mandatory)
- Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain
- Five years of clear, checkable educational or career history
- Strong reliability, punctuality and communication
- Ability to travel within Camberley and 5-mile radius
- Camberley residents preferred
- Right to work in the UK
